"What will the technician do?"
1) Check that the furnace area is clear of flammable items.
2) Check the electrical wiring for poor connections or exposed wire.
3) Check for gas leaks in the furnace.
4) Check the pilot or ignition safeties.
5) Check the high limit safety.
6) Check the vent for proper draft.
7) Check the heat exchanger integrity to make sure there are no leaks.
8) Check for unsafe levels of carbon monoxide.
9) Check the burners for obstructions or debris.
10) Check any carbon monoxide detectors (Optional)
"How much will my discounted price be?"
You can determine your discount from this table:
Example: a 15 year old furnace x $2 = $30 Discount.
So your price after the discount would be $69 ($99 - $30 = $69).
"Are there any limits to this special?" Only 2 appointment slots per day have been
set aside for discounted Safety Inspections. Appointments are available on a first-come,

"What if I don't know how old it is?" No problem. We verify the age of the furnace
from an industry guide using the model and serial number of the furnace.
"Besides a Safety Inspection, what other maintenance should be done for a
furnace?" Our Combustion Optimization & Safety Inspection includes procedures to
extend the life of the furnace, to prevent failures, and to maximize energy savings. All of
these procedures have been bundled together into a money saving package priced at
$169
